Letter to Shri Mataji
- If not already done, teams might consider writing and offering a letter to Shri Mataji outlining the program and seeking Her Blessings to do the program.

Daily session recordings
- Apart from presenting the daily live Zoom sessions, each session will be automatically recorded on YouTube.
- Teams will be able to download and upload videos to their own YouTube channel and post the videos on their national website as an ongoing online 21 day course, for future seekers.

- The ongoing support of seekers is an important aspect of the programs .

Kick-off meeting
- If not already done, teams should consider hosting a kick-off meeting with their collectives to share the project and encourage participation.

Promotions
- Vikram is conducting a massive online promotions campaign.
- Teams are to also promote the programs and not just rely on the major online promotions.
Promotions flyers and images
- Artworks will be provided in PowerPoint for
– Printed Flyers A4, A5 (A4/2), DL (A4/3) flyers

Dry run of a daily session.
- Teams to arrange an end to end test this weekend from Zoom to YouTube.
- Test to include technical teams, hosts and guest presenters to simulate a one hour session.
Conclusion of 21 Day programs
- 7 Days of evening style music and cultural public programs will be presented online.
- Sessions will be added to each language’s webpage.
Resources for seekers
- Teams will be trained to upload their daily resources during the Course.
- UK team to contact Charles for training.
- A few of the other teams are already proficient with using WordPress platforms that hosts the course websites.
Technical resources
- “Technical” yogis with experience with hosting previous programs are being contacted to provide support.
- Google spreadsheet to be created to record allocation of technical resources.
